The Alps
This impressive mountain range is ideal for hikers who wish to revel in the many cultural delights of Europe whilst enjoying some outstanding scenery. The larger peaks such as Mont Blanc (the highest mountain in Western Europe) are particularly popular with experienced hikers but can also be dangerous due to the risk of avalanches and sudden changes in weather conditions. A popular resort is Chamonix (France) which is an ideal base from which to hike across the popular mountains of Aiguille de Bionnassay, Aiguille du Midi and Dômes de Miage.

Yosemite National Park
The incredible scenery of Yosemite in California is perfect for all hikers, from beginners upwards. Experienced hikers can take a cable car up Half Dome or head up to the top of Yosemite Falls and enjoy phenomenal panoramic views from there.

Iceland
Hot springs, dramatic caves and cliffs, impressive waterfalls and the unique, vibrant Nordic culture has given Iceland a reputation as one of the world’s premier hiking destinations. During the months of June and July, hikers can enjoy almost constant daylight and witness stunning ‘near’ sunsets lasting for hours around the midnight twilight, when the sun stays just above the horizon before rising again.

The Rocky Mountains, USA
These mountain ranges are a haven for hikers. Camping holidays are hugely popular in this wilderness and there is no shortage of outstanding scenery, with clear blue lakes, snow capped peaks and beautiful forests attracting millions of tourists to the Rocky Mountains every year.

Gorges du Verdon, France
This is the second largest canyon in the world (after the better known Grand Canyon) and undoubtedly one of the world’s great hiking Destinations. Explore this deep gorge with a boat ride along the Verdon River by starting off at the stunning mountain village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie before finishing off in beautiful Castellane several days later.

New Zealand
The colours and natural light of New Zealand are so distinctive to these islands that New Zealand has sometimes been described as the world’s best country for hiking. The dramatic mountains, rivers, lakes, volcanoes and marvellous clean beaches are popular with hikers from around the globe, particularly British tourists.

Blue Mountains, Australia
Just a short drive from the city of Sydney, the Blue Mountains contain exceptional rock formations and caves, such as the Three Sisters and Jenolan Cave and beautiful waterfalls including the Wentworth Falls and Katoomba Falls.

South Africa
The view of Table Mountain is one of the finest in Africa and is relatively easy to reach. Deep in the rural wilderness of this country there are many hiking routes and organisations that provide appropriate safety equipment and resources. The scenery here is much greener and more temperate in its appearance than that of the rest of the continent.

Norway
Dramatic fjords, a rugged coastline and magnificent mountain walks make Norway a premier destination for hikers during the spring and summer in particular. The very long days between May and July allow even more time to enjoy the wonderful scenery here.

The Amazon rainforest
This is a unique destination for hiking, with its superb range of wildlife and stunning tropical plants. A paradise for nature lovers and also ideal for those who don’t mind the high humidity and consistently high temperatures.

You should ask for their opinions and ideas about your holiday. In this article, I have nothing on some great holiday destinations, where your child may be very high.

1st Pleasure in England
England is a beautiful country, which has various hiking and camping, where your child is really talking with other children. Find the field as Pontins, Butlins and Center Parcs offer the best equipment and services the installation. Camping trips are very affordable and also teach their children something new and different activities.

2nd Trip to Scotland
Scotland is indeed a country full of entertainment, which has several interesting towns, hundreds of attractions and theme parks for their beloved son. Here you can enjoy many outdoor activities and nature is really fun. Resorts are located here and have great kids clubs and parks where children can interact with other children their age.

3rd United States of America
The United States has many cities and states, which are ideal for your children. Disney World is one of the most famous theme parks, which were full of many fun games, entertainment, water parks and activities for everyone. Florida, Orlando, California, New York are really suitable for children, and you can enjoy RV trips, camping, hiking, canotatge, swimming and hiking with them.

4th Holidays in Spain
Spain is a very modern and classic country that has many monuments, museums, amusement parks and natural wonders. The resorts are world class and provide excellent services for their children. Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol, two exotic places where you can enjoy water sports such as surfing, kayaking and diving underwater.

5th Weekend getaway to Greece
Beaches, Crystal Waters and natural beauty, historical monuments, lakes with crystal clear water, calm sea and many exotic islands can really make a dream holiday for your child. Greek holiday resorts and welcome to all classes with great enthusiasm and also offer first class service.

If you really want to please their children, then you should have any of the above destinations.

1) You will learn about safety equipment and what you are required to have on your boat before you undertake any boating excursion. This is very important because what you don’t have with you could make the difference between being able to handle a situation or not. Also, that outing for the day could cost you if the sheriff stops you to spot check your boat and fines you for not having all the safety equipment required for your specific boat.

2) You will learn that driving a boat is vastly different from driving a car. You are dealing with air and water currents. If you have never docked a boat you may think that it is easy, until that is, the current is pulling you in the opposite direction that you want to go. Understanding air and water currents will help you learn how to dock your boat.

3) Knowing how to work with lines and tying knots is part of boating. You have to be able to secure a boat properly. If your boat gets away, it is amazing how quickly the current will take it out of your reach and you will probably require the assistance of another boater to help you get to it. So learn your knots.

4) You will learn what the channel markers mean. We learned the hard way the first time we went out on a boat and ran aground outside the markers. We also had no clue what the red and green markers meant on the poles. This you also learn on the course.

5) There are speed limits on certain water ways but unlike the roads, they may or may not be posted. Ignorance may not be enough to get you out of a ticket.

6) Using charts for coastal navigation can be a life saver. It’s your road map that helps you stay away from the shallows and shows where all the markers and bridges are, and by using measurements you can calculate the distance and time it will take to get somewhere. It can be valuable tool for navigation.

7) Just like on the roads, there is the right of way. On a boating course you will learn who has the right of way and why.
Every boat should have a horn. You may hear one long toot or 2 short toot and so on, and you’ll learn what they mean.

9) There are boating regulations and laws that must be followed by all boaters, for example, (and I have seen this rule broken so many times) you are not allowed to sit on the bow of the boat with your feet hanging over board. There are many more regulations to learn and not knowing them can cost you.

10) Anchoring a boat is not just a matter of plopping it down to the sand. There is a mathematical technique applied to anchoring that has to do with the size and length of your boat. Knowing how to do this correctly will give you that extra insurance of knowing your boat is going nowhere until you want to move it.

There are different ways to enjoy pleasure boating such as the fast pace of ski boating or the slow pace of a trawler, kayaking or canoeing. In whatever way you want to do it, it is a good idea to know the rules of the road. Then you can avoid potential situations and get on with the fun of being out there with all that sky, sun, water, family and friends.
